After move outs, we paint, deep clean, and clean carpets.

Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.

Yes, hanging pictures and other decorations is encouraged! If you would like to paint your apartment you will need to check with the Property Manager first.

Amenities

We have a pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), 24/7 fitness center, a grilling station, and community building, with Wi-Fi at all locations.

Pool hours are from 10 A.M. to 10 P.M. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

There is free lot parking and garages are $75/month.

We provide a washer/dryer set in each apartment.

One-time pet fee of $150 and $20 per month pet rent

75 lbs. limit for any one pet and 100 lbs. limit of combined weight for two pets

We do not; We work with CORT furniture if you need furniture.

Yes, our shortest lease term is 6 months.

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.

There are no quiet hours. We charge a $100 security deposit and $75 rental fee to rent our community building.

You would have to pay a new security deposit for any transfer.

We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.

We are in the Johnston School District.

Trailside Dog Park and Ankeny Dog Park are less than 10 miles away.
