Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 and additional pet rent of $20 a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. I can honestly say that I am absolutely in love with this complex! The ladies in the office are always willing to help with any questions I may have, they go above and beyond to help when I have any issues that I can't get alleviated on my own. They are always happy, respectful, and available when needed. Maintenance is top notch!!
