Pet Policy
A maximum of two animals are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs is permitted. This animal limit includes pets, Emotional Support Animals, and Service Animals. Unregistered pets are subject to violation and fines. The weight of any individual pet cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two pets cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. The ladies in the office are always willing to help with any questions I may have, they go above and beyond to help when I have any issues that I can't get alleviated on my own. They are always happy, respectful, and available when needed. Maintenance is top notch!! The Reserve is an amazing place to live with a lot of amenities and affordable prices. The employees are so kind and gracious. There are quick responses to maintenance requests. The apartments have ample amounts of storage, modern design, and practical layouts. There’s an outdoor pool and grilling area in the summer, as well as a 24/7 gym. There are secure mail boxes and an Amazon Hub...I have lived here for a few years and hope to stay here until I purchase a house. - Kate
